Membership Fee Structure (starting 2010)

In May 2009 the General Assembly approved a fee structure with a sliding scale for the fee based on the country the member resides in using income data and categories published by the World Bank. The structure includes - beside the normal "Member" and the "Young Professional" - additional membership categories: "Student" and "Senior Member" (65 years and older).
As SCUPAD has no information on the age of its members, Senior members shall apply once, Students and Young Professionals yearly for the reduced membership fee. Senior members do not pay a conference fee for participating at the Congress Sunday morning (Congress results) only.

Beginning in January 2010, individual bills for the annual membership fee will be sent to the members. The SCUPAD statutes require members to pay an annual membership fee and that if a person doesn’t pay for two years, the Committee can revoke their membership. Members who are not able to pay their yearly membership directly at the Congress or prefer bank transfer are asked to transfer the SCUPAD membership fee by bank order.

NOTE: Hotel costs (accomodation, meals) can be paid by credit card at the Reception desk
of the Salzburg Seminar, but unfortunately we can’t take credit card payment
for membership and Congress fees, so please try to provide cash for these costs
- money machines are all over the city of Salzburg.
