Congress fee: € 260.- (€ 130.- for members)

For young professionals (34 or younger):
Congress fee: € 130.- (€ 65.- for members)
Early registration and payment till March 15, 2012: € 120.- (€ 55.- for members)

Bank Transfer Please make sure that the name of the Congress and participant(s) is stated on the transfer slip (if the payment is being made for more than one person, please make sure all names are indicated). Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Accommodation
Full accommodation at the Schloss (all meals, drinks, coffee breaks, wine reception, barbecue, formal dinner) is per person 150.- Euro (single bedroom) and 132.- Euro (double bedroom) per day. Members and young professionals who are not able to attend this Congress because of financial reasons, should not hesitate to contact the treasurer for an individually tailored arrangement.

Update: In order to keep young professionals, the Schloss agreed with us upon reduced fees: Congress participants aged 34 or younger pay only 118.- Euro (single bedroom) and 100.- Euro (double bedroom) per day. Thank you, Schloss Leopoldskron!

Please note that for congress participants not staying at the Schloss a daily conference package of 55.- Euro per day is charged additional to the congress fee.

NOTE: Hotel costs (accomodation, meals) can be paid by credit card the desk of the Salzburg Seminar, but unfortunately we can't take credit card payment for membership and congress fees, so please try to provide cash for these costs - money machines are all over Salzburg city.
